Start with people, not the name

A name can make two different appointments sound similar. Before enquiring, decide how many people want to receive a massage, whether you would like to be treated in turn or at the same time, and whether you are asking for one practitioner or two.

If the booking is for you alone and you would like two practitioners working together during your session, ask about HEMERA’s four-hands massage. If you are planning a visit with a partner, start with the couples arrangements rather than assuming that “four hands” means a massage for two people.

These are arrangements you can request, not a live availability calendar. I confirm what can be offered for your preferred date before a booking is agreed.

What does each arrangement cost?

My published signature incall prices are £140 for 60 minutes, £240 for 90 minutes and £280 for 120 minutes. For a four-hands incall session with one client, the published prices are £280, £480 and £560 for those durations respectively, subject to both practitioners being available.

Couples duration and the total package price are quoted separately. Do not double a headline price or assume that one person’s four-hands rate is the total for two clients. Ask for the full arrangement and price in writing before committing.

A useful first enquiry

You do not need to write a long introduction. Tell me the number of clients, the arrangement you are interested in, your preferred date and time, and the session length you have in mind. For couples, ask which durations are available and what the full package includes.

“Hello Luxandra, this is an enquiry for two people. We would prefer sessions at the same time, with one practitioner each, on [date] after [time]. Could you confirm the available arrangements, duration and total price?”

This is an example of an availability enquiry, not a reserved appointment. Please use the private enquiry route for your personal details rather than a public social-media comment.

Before you travel to Aldgate East

HEMERA incall appointments are in Aldgate East, London, after 14:00 London time. The area name is not the appointment address. Wait for direct confirmation of availability, the exact location and arrival arrangements before setting off.

Agree the service scope, duration, full price and cancellation terms directly. For a couples visit, confirm the practical arrangements for both people; do not infer a particular room layout or simultaneous treatment from a photograph.
