How reviews work.

One review per completed website booking. A saved request, cancelled appointment or no-show does not qualify. “Verified visit” means the account owns the booking and HEMERA recorded it as attended and completed; it is not an independent inspection.

Reviews are checked for personal data, abuse, spam and material unrelated to the visit. The same rules apply to every rating. Critical feedback is welcome, and a low rating is not a reason for rejection. We do not rewrite a client’s words or offer rewards for reviews.

Only the rating, chosen display name and review text are displayed. You may use a pseudonym. Email addresses, booking references, appointment times and service choices are not published. Please leave out private or intimate details.

Reviews are shown newest first, up to the latest 100 published reviews. To report a review, discuss moderation or request removal of your own words, contact [email protected]. Never send passwords or sign-in codes.

A personal recommendation.

If someone you know may appreciate HEMERA, you are welcome to share our website privately. This is separate from leaving a review. We never ask you to provide someone else’s contact details.
